Roland has more then 10 years of Information Technology, Leadership, and eBusiness experience. He has worked as an IT Project Manager for GE Health Care as well as a Senior Systems Analyst and Consultant for a small accounting and computer consulting firm. He provided custom database, network, business flow, and accounting systems consulting. He has done many training sessions to both experienced and inexperienced computer users. The company's clients included: Native American governments, entities, non-profit originations, and educational institutions. Roland understands that everybody is not a computer expert. He has the ability to explain technologies in a way that everyone can understand. He prides himself with the ability to learn new technologies quickly and implement the technologies of tomorrow to make Business run more efficiently today.

In his spare time, Roland likes to play Poker (Texas Hold'em), Volleyball and Softball.
